Your EAP information
Whatever you need from your employee assistance programme, you can count on us
What is EAP?
Our employee assistance programme (EAP) is there when you need extra support. We’ll help you take care of your mental health and wellbeing, with services like counselling and practical support on money management, landlord disputes and more.
Anything you say is confidential. We won’t share anything, unless we think you or someone else may be at risk or we’re legally obliged to do so.
You, your partner and any dependants over the age of 16 living at home with you can use these services. Under 16s won’t be eligible for counselling, but we’ll be able to talk to you about any possible services you can use to get support.
Confidential advice all day every day
We’ve got advice you can explore on your own, but you can get in touch for a chat with free confidential support:
